"I add items to the Shopping Cart, but when I go to the Cart, there is nothing there?"

  • Be sure you are running a web browser that has 3rd Party Cookies enabled.  This setting is found in the Privacy section of your browser's internet options settings, or in the case of Internet Explorer, it is under the Tools button, then Internet Options.

 

"I can not see all of the items on the screen?" or "I can't seem to get all of the menus to work properly?"

  • First off... make sure your screen resolution is set to at least a width of 1024.  The height of your screen will be dependent on the size of your monitor.  If you are not sure how to change your screen resolution, check with your favorite computer support specialist or search engine.
  • This website is optimized for the latest versions of Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer 8.0.  All of these web browsers and their upgrades are free and work on "most" newer computers and operating systems, including Mac.  Please make sure you are running the latest versions of these browser programs to insure that your visit to this site is hassle free.
  • I highly recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.  Internet Explorer and Safari work well too, but this website is designed and tested on Google Chrome and Firefox, which is why they are recommended.
